15 day policy: customers have 15 days from the date an item was received to request a return, refund, exchange.
This applies for any reason. The item did not meet your expectations, damaged item etc.
customized items: items that are personalized (i.e. engraved) do not qualify for returns/refunds unless it is a damaged item.
